We created a targeted, four-piece direct mail campaign
that featured a photo and personal note in an eye-catching folder/envelope
that was mailed at one-month intervals to a targeted list of agencies
and large organizations.
People sometimes enroll but never start classes. The
University of Akron wanted to know why, and also remind people that
they were still welcome to show up. This direct mail reminder /
survey card was the solution.
